Personalised home interventions aimed at independent living and healthy ageing. Individuals are identified only after referral from the social services of the partner municipalities. The first intervention involves a detailed recording of the needs, emotional and mental balance of people of older ages and their carers, as well as the living conditions in terms of safety and hygiene. Subsequently, an individualised method of intervention is designed, according to the needs of the person and the carer. During the subsequent interventions, care advice is provided, ergonomic interventions are made, food, sanitary material or walking, support and mobility aids are offered.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • Training health and social care professionals to develop empathy and independent living through experiential seminars and modern technological equipment (e.g. serious game, virtual reality).<\/li>
